RETURN POLICY

We accept returns initiated within 30 days and require a $25 restocking fee. Most of all, we just want you to love your BrownBox so we are happy to help you in any way we can. Whatever the circumstance is, we’re humans on the other end of the line and take things on a case by case basis. Don’t be afraid to reach out to us at customerservice@brownbox.rocks

FULFILLMENT POLICY

We strive to get every order made to us shipped out within 1-2 business days (not holidays or weekends). If we aren’t able to get your order out within 2 days, we’ll email you directly to help make it right.

REPAIR POLICY

We do all of our repairs in house. If your BrownBox is under warranty (within 2 years of purchase) we will repair your BrownBox free of charge. We just ask that you pay for shipping.

If your BrownBox is out of warranty (not within 2 years of purchase) you will be charged a $25 repair fee and we ask that you pay for shipping.
