We accept returns initiated within 30 days and require a $25 restocking fee.

Most of all, we just want you to love your BrownBox so we are happy to help you in any way we can. Whatever the circumstance is, we’re humans on the other end of the line and take things on a case by case basis. Fulfillment policy
